Can I have my client sign the contract and submit the order without a proposal?
No. All custom products require a formal proposal be completed and sent out to sales before an order/contract can be submitted. This is to ensure that we are accurately representing both what the client wants as well as accommodating their budget. We would not want to promise a client something, sell the product and then find out that it is not realistic. The only exception to this is SEMC with a budget lower than $7,500.
How long does it take to get a return Web price estimate?
Proposals for websites may require more time than other products if the scope of the project is more complex than a brochure-type website. eCommerce, Real Estate, and 3rd-party system integrations are all examples of more complex projects which may require more time to review before providing a quote.
In addition, please expect to hear from the web team with questions. There may be a need for a few rounds of questions and/or a pre-quote assessment call with sales, the prospect, and the web team. If needed, the web team will reach out to schedule this call with you. You can expect to receive emailed questions or a request for a pre-quote call within 2 business days of submitting a request for proposal if needed.
Please note that website projects that involve Ecommerce, Backend Office Systems, POS, Databases, ERP Systems, User Registration, MLS, Custom Programming or third party web applications/systems of any kind, will require an additional 5-10 business days to generate a quote for. This 5-10 business day turnaround is dependent on the responsiveness of both the customer and any third-party vendor we may need to involve in the process. It may also require the participation and presence of sales, the MPM, the customer, and the third-party vendor to be present for a full-on needs assessment call driven by the web team.
Can I quote the client pricing from a similar proposal?
No. Our pricing fluctuates from time to time to stay current with the market’s current values and trends. Proposals should always be up to date as they are not valid forever.
How long is my proposal quote valid for?
Quotes for SEMC, SEOC, CSMM and Custom Facebook Ads are valid for 90 days.
Quotes for Custom Website or Move & Host are valid for 30 days.
*After expiration, sales should email lesales@localedge.comto request an up to date proposal to make sure that the most accurate information and/or pricing is presented.
Can I revise the proposal myself?
No. All revisions must be done through our proposal coordinator. Sales teams are not to make any changes to the information presented on our proposal decks as this can deem the quote invalid. The only change that is allowable is in the pricing to add on the mark-up for each reseller’s management fees. Prices are at no time to be lowered without approval.
Does my proposal include the management fees?
No. We do not include management fees in any of our proposal decks (except Websites) on our end. Anything additional would need to be on top of the prices listed on the proposal. Management fees can be found on your rate card. If you have any further questions, please reach out to your sales manager or your major partnership manager.
Does TrueView need to be custom?
Yes. TrueView advertisements fall under the custom category of SEM.
Whats the difference between TrueView and social media management for YouTube?
TrueView in SEMC is different than YouTube in SMM. TrueView is the paid video ads that play prior to videos on YouTube.
A CSMM request for YouTube will provide the client with creation of the YouTube page and post video files upon submission from the client. We cannot post videos to YouTube for CSMM if the client does not provide them. These are content videos, not advertisements.
Can we provide content in Spanish or any other foreign languages?
SEOC: we cannot optimize for any language other than English. We do not have translators to optimize in foreign languages.
SEMC: We can run SEM ads in foreign languages provided that the client provides 100% of the content and ad copy. We do not do any translating.
CSMM: We can run SMM posts and ads in foreign languages provided that the client provides 100% of the content and ad copy. We do not do any translating.
WEBC: We can develop a website and drop in content in foreign languages provided that the client provides 100% of the content and ad copy. We do not do any translating- we will simply drop in the content onto the website.
How long after I submit my order can we schedule the on-boarding call?
Once the order is submitted and we receive the order on our end, a strategist will be assigned to the account and reach out to you and the client within 2-5 business days to schedule the on-boarding call.
The client has specific pictures they want us to use for their Facebook Ads. Can you revise the proposal to change the pictures?
A revision for this is not necessary. At the proposal stage, everything presented is a sample. Specific pictures and content will be determined after sale during the initial strategy call with the client and the strategist.
Can you change the SEMC competitor analysis slide to another company?
A revision for this is not necessary. The competitor analysis slide simply presents what similar companies in the market are doing. This has absolutely no impact on the client’s campaign if and when it sells.
I don’t like the keywords provided, can we swap them out?
Keywords that are displayed in the proposal are not set in stone, simply the number of keywords are. Specific keywords can be determined after sale during the initial strategy call with the strategist. The proposals reflect what we believe is the best strategy for your client based on the request form as well as some initial research that we do on our end. A revision is not required to swap keywords.
