Custom Proposal Form

* Proposal Expiration and Guarantee – Every proposal will have a 90 day expiration date from the day it was finished and sent out by the proposal coordinator. During this 90 day period, if any revisions need to be made then everything from pricing to current departmental procedures will remain the same as the day it was first made. Revisions can still be made past the 90 day point, they just cannot have a guarantee that they will fall under the same structure as when they were first made.

** 30 days for Web Design products.

All information submitted within this form can potentially be modified by the strategist if a better course of action has been determined. If this happens, you will be informed of it when the proposal is returned. This will not happen every time and this is not a mandatory change, simply the best recommendations from the people who know the work best. If you are not happy with the strategy presented, everything can be altered.

Estimated turnaround time for custom proposals is 3 business days.

If the client's requested project falls outside of the above packages in either features or functionality, please proceed with the remainder of the proposal form. Projects sold using Turnkey Proposals that do not fit the client's scope may be rejected post-sale.

In order to fulfill this option, you will need to include all product weights and sizes in your digital portfolio file.

Please note that website projects that involve E-Commerce, Backend Office Systems, POS, Databases, ERP Systems, User Registration, MLS, Custom Programming or third party web applications/systems of any kind, will require an additional 5-10 business days to generate a quote for. This 5-10 business day turnaround is dependent on the responsiveness of both the customer and any third party vendor we may need to involve in the process. It may also require the participation and presence of sales, the MPM, the customer, and the third party vendor to be present for a full on needs assessment call driven by the web team.
